The
island of Huahine has a few interior roads only accessable to 4 wheel drive vehicles. A few companies specialize in showing you these roads via the usage of thier

These excursions are usually run by knowledgable

useful information and usually a few good jokes. You will be entertained as well
as educated. In our opinion, they are all well worth the price of the ticket.

On
Huahine, there are many good hiking and climbing opportunities.... This section includes some the more physically challenging options on the island:
DAY HIKE: Eden Parc 3 Valley View Trail
This 2-3 hour (minimum) hike runs along a fairly well maintained trail and is recommended for people who are in fair to good condition. (The ascent along the way is quite steep and long.) For those capable of doing it, the reward at the top is a fabulous view of 3 of Huahine's bays: Fiti, Bourayne, and Maroe.
The trail head starts from the Eden Parc botanical garden on the larger island of Huahine Nui.

One
of the more popular adventurous activities throughout the Polynesian islands
is shark and ray feeding.
On Huahine, this holds true, except instead of
rays, it's actually FISH feeding along with the sharks. This activity definitely

It's done in shallow
